How can I do when the XCraft 350 cannot be detected the SATA Hard Disk?

Please kindly follow these steps while your eSATA external enclosure (RX-3SB) cannot be detected:
1. Please make sure if the mother board you used supports SATA 1.5G or SATA 3G. For MB information, please refer to MB user manual or official website.
2. Please make sure if the SATA HDD you installed is SATA 1.5G or SATA 3G.
3. If the MB and the HDD you used both are SATA 3G, please kindly adjust the jumper of HDD into 1.5G/s mode.
For example: WD SATA II HDD, please follow the jumper adjust instruction mentioned on the HDD
For example: Maxtor DiamondMax 11 6H500F0 500GB, please follow the jumper adjust instruction mentioned on the HDD
For example: Seagate SATA II series HDD , please follow the jumper adjust instruction mentioned on the HDD
Since there are many HDD brands that we could not list one by one, please kindly follow the HDD jumper adjust instruction to adjust the jumper into 1.5G/s.
